The European Scientific Cooperative on Phytotherapy (ESCOP) participates in the European Herbal Health Products Summit 2026 on February 25 in Brussels, organized by the Society for Medicinal Plant and Natural Product Research (GA) and Pharma Deutschland, with the presentation “Herbal medicinal and natural products: quality and evidence from seed to patient”, given by Evelyn Wolfram (chair of ESCOP) and Barbara Steinhoff (co-chair of the ESCOP scientific committee).
The aim of the summit is to highlight the importance of herbal medicines for the economy and society in the EU and to discuss the current challenges and opportunities for herbal medicines with European stakeholders.
